Stuff I swear by today:
1. Sugarfish - Nozowa's restaurant in Marina del Rey. THE BEST SUSHI EVERRRR. Aside from Nozowa himself.
2. Bio Oil - I just found this stuff here in the US. When I was 20 and living in South Africa, my friend's dog bit my face. It got infected and left this awesome street cred scar on my cheek. I bought Bio Oil and applied it on my face twice a day and it totally took the scar away. That rhymes. They should hire me to compose a ditty. I found it at CVS for like $10. Buy it.
3. TOMS - Not to mention being super sexy, Blake Mycoskie gets points for creating the most amazing business model I have ever seen. Each pair of TOMS you buy, a pair is given to a child in need. They're super comfy and have great designs www.tomsshoes.com
4. Pupusas - An El Salvadorian tasty morsel. Beans, pork, cheese (or some combination) stuffed in a corn like tortilla flat bread thingy that is patted down and thrown on the griddle. O.M.G. Get yourselves over to a Pupuseria.
5. My vintage 1940s stove with a double oven and double broiler AND 6 burners. Who wants to touch me???
6. Sunday evening dinners with friends. It's also the easiest way to clean out my fridge for the next week. But shhhhh don't tell anyone!
